We stayed in the centre of Analipsi, Crete which is a traditional little village that’s home to a handful of cafés, bars and beach shops - there wasn't too much to do/explore in Analipsi, but it was great with a baby as we spent most of our time at the hotel pool or on the beach! 🐚🌊 We stayed at the TUI BLUE Sensatori Atlantica Caldera Palace - which was absolutely beautiful, very child friendly, gorgeous food, super friendly staff & the hotel has a private beach! Greek vlog with English subtitles: What I eat in a day (Greek fasting edition) A month before Easter starts the fasting period in Greece. If you don't have any idea of what I am talking about, it's the time when we avoid eating meat and animal products. Even though fish and seafood are allowed, there is a huge variety of vegetarian and vegan options. Being vegan for almost 6 years, this is my favorite time of the year. Bakeries, restaurants, and even grill houses (!) change their menu and they include some plant-based dishes. Today, I will share with you what I eat in a day here in London during fasting and we will cook together a very typical, family dish: lentil soup (Greek style) My mother used to cook lentils on Wednesday. Hey Guys, Welcome back to another AVNV - A Very Normal Vlog. In this week's episode we pop across the pond to Greece for a very very short Easter break (cut down due to work commitments) and let me tell ya'll, it was not without its hiccups but as ever, we are super grateful to be able to even get away in these super trying times. This time last year, I booked this trip as I had seen the resort in a magazine. I've got to say, it's ok. The views, pools (all heated very well and even an adult only outdoor option) and the rooms were all A1 but the place lacks the zsa zsa zu I wanted. Perhaps I'm being too harsh. For families with very young children it makes sense. But during busy periods it gives very much centre parks in a greek setting. The food?! That was the biggest struggle. Especially because you HAD to book tables in advance if not you were met with unbearable lines during meal times. Speaking of unbearable people also book the kids club A YEAR IN ADVANCE so good luck with being able to get your kids in! The best places eat on site were deffo Macaroni, Artemis and a Greek grill place that now slips my mind. As aforementioned if you have very young children and you don't want to explore Porto Sani will deffo work for you. Anyhoo, see you in the next vlog.

Geia sas! Join us today as we go on a day trip to Chalkida on Evia island. Chalkida is not so far from Athens and it's a beautiful place to go for the day. We take the Ktel bus there which was very convenient. We have breakfast at a place called Mostar which is located next to the water and it feels like you're on a boat. Later we eat lunch at a taverna called Gourounaki in Chalkida. The weather is amazing and it feels like summer is on it's way☀️ This was our first time in Chalkida and Evia. We chose the easy way (which wasn't so easy) ! We found the cave with the chapel and the waterfalls and natural lakes which are perfect for swimming BUT the water is frozen. It was a little difficult to swim in September but as you saw there were people who did that. This video was filmed in September! Santorini + Mykonos + Athens travel vlog! To close out the summer and celebrate our wins from this year, me and my man took a baecation to Greece. We visited Santorini for cliff diving in Amoudi Bay and beautiful views at a winery. Then we went to partied in Mykonos at Scorpios and there other beach clubs.
